What is a PDF file?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A PDF file\u00a0is a digital file that you download from a link provided to you after you\u2019ve purchased it.\u00a0The instructions will guide you through printing and assembling the planner\u00a0& journal.<\/p>\n

How can I pay?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can pay by PayPal or credit card. \u00a0Payment is made in US dollars.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t have a Paypal account<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you don\u2019t have a Paypal account, you can easily create one. You will find more details about Paypal on their website. You can link your Paypal account to your bank account. This way you can choose how you want to pay: with your Paypal account, bank account or credit card.<\/p>\n

Delivery time & costs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Digital orders paid by a Paypal account are processed automatically. After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with information to login to your account and access the CLUB\u00a0area.<\/p>\n

How to print & assemble my digital pattern(s)<\/strong><\/p>\n

All PDF planner and journal pages\u00a0are designed for printing on A4 of 8.5 x 11 letter-size paper. When you print the planner and journal pages\u00a0you have to make sure, not to scale it: page-scaling option must be \u2018none\u2019 or 100%.<\/p>\n

How to save my pattern(s)<\/strong><\/p>\n

When ordering (a) digital pattern(s), you will receive a confirmation email with the links to download the pattern(s) together with the instructions. Make sure to save all documents on \u00a0your computer and an optional second space in case your computer stops working. \u00a0You may download the journal up to 3 times within 3 days of purchase.<\/p>\n

What software do I need?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can open digital pattern with the Adobe Reader. When you don\u2019t have this software installed, you can download it for free on adobe.com.<\/p>\n

I can\u2019t open my planner.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you can\u2019t download your planner, it\u2019s best to download the most recent version of Adobe Reader on your computer.<\/p>\n

I lost my digital planner and journal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you lost your digital pattern, you can download it again in the confirmation email that was sent to you after your purchase. If you do not have this email anymore, login to the website to download it again. If it is not available anymore, contact me at patchworkposse@gmail.com\u00a0\u00a0By e-mailing it is not guaranteed that I will send you a new copy. Make sure you store your digital file in a safe place.<\/p>\n

Can I share my Patchwork Planner & Journal?<\/strong><\/p>\n

All our pattern are copyrighted and licensed for personal use only, which means you are not allowed to share your patterns with any one. This means the resale or distribution of the pattern and instructions is not permitted and prohibited by law. This means the resale or distribution of the journal and planner\u00a0and instructions is not permitted and prohibited by law.<\/p>\n

All Patchwork Planners\u00a0may not be shared<\/em><\/strong> in sewing clubs, libraries, on the internet, and emails.<\/p>\n
